2000 - 2022
Our beloved hero, Zachery James Scott, won his battle with cancer on Monday October 10, 2022. He was born May 5, 2000 in Heber City, Utah to Roger Lynn and Krista Lucille Bates Scott.
He passed away peacefully at his house in Pleasant Grove, UT. He was surrounded by family and friends whom he loved dearly, and who loved him dearly.
For those who didn't have the honor and pleasure of knowing who he was or the sense of humor he had, he was the conductor of the poop train (https://youtu.be/HUxeokvFgaM), who loved to visit his cabin (https://youtu.be/ua1FAlHt_Ys), and he wasn't afraid of olives (https://youtu.be/Lc_NrV6ZA2M), he was his dad's piderman (https://youtu.be/gVolqamEQy4), and his mom's Zachie poo, he was a tree hugger and a gatherer of people who loved to make everyone laugh.
He never lost his comedic capabilities and always thought of others before himself no matter how bad things got. Cancer met its match and "Zach Attack" was too much. We love you Zachery and we're so grateful for the shining light and great example you were to all those you touched deeply.
Survivors include his parents Roger and Tina Scott of Pleasant Grove, and Krista and Keith Millman of Spanish Fork and his 6 siblings and 1 nephew: Beau Scott (Jace Scott), Cobi Scott, Leslie Scott, Kaitlyn Scott, Malia Scott, Liam Scott. He is also survived by his 7 grand parents, and many aunts, uncle's, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his 3 heavenly siblings and Grandma Scott.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Tuesday, October 18, 2022 in the Grove 3rd Ward Chapel, 1136 West 700 South in Pleasant Grove, UT. A viewing will be held Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and also Tuesday from 9:30-10:30 at the ward chapel. Interment will take place in the Heber City Cemetery following the services.
