I was shocked and saddened today when I came across this post about Ann's passing. My heart felt sympathy goes out to all of her family and friends; especially Diane.
I enjoyed the many years of working at Flextech and the opportunity to associate with Ann and Diane; Company BBQ's at their home that they so graciously opened up to host.

I am especially thankful for sage words of advise and moments of encouragement that Ann extended to me as she helped me through a divorce and what was one of the most difficult time in my life.

She was a hero when I needed her most. I'm grateful to have spent time in her presence.

Sending my sympathy and love to Ann's family. She was our angel and guide when she represented my husband when trying to obtain shared custody for his son. She was a warrior for goodness and stopped at nothing. With her heart of gold, our children, my stepson and I have a forever-treasured relationship to this day because of her. I will miss her had her quick wit - we enjoyed many laughs and NY bagels when we traveled to SLC for court appearances. RIP - our dear friend. Forever grateful xx

As childhood friends, I was lucky to be a member of Rooney's 1st club. In grade school she organized "The Rose Red Club." After climbing the cool, wooden, drop down stairs, club took place in the attic of her garage on Martindale Ave. It somehow involved rubber band guns and playing cards.
In middle school I was recruited into her USO Club (Unidentified Skiing Object Club)
Always interesting and outspoken, she was well liked and admired by many.

As a friend stated today Rooney’s death has left a hole in our heart at Bookclub.
We loved her. She was a rascal. She was beloved by all of us.
She was a fan of so many things - but most of all “West Side Story “ She always led us in all the musicals but this one was close to her heart,
