I will miss your jokes your compassion and love for life to just be. I will remember our trip to the Cascades,Fort Benton and my first Harley Davidson Motorcycle ride made a dream come true for me we had great times ,so much more I wish I had said but like you say no regrets baby You will always be in my heart my Dear Friend
I had the honor of knowing Art for over 40-years. He was a true friend that was always there to listen. Had the opportunity to coach the Girl's Bonnet Ball Softball Team many years ago. One memory that sticks in my mind was the year we went to the All-star Tournament. The teams were very competitive and we knew that we had to get the girls ready for this tournament. We decided that we would have two-a-day practices. The girls weren't very happy with our idea. We came up with some compromises. There were some suggestions by the girls, but none of them were accepted. Then Art told them that he would race them in a 50-yard dash. There were quite a few laughs and high fives. Art told them to pick the opponent. If they won the race, there would only be one practice each day, but if Art won then there would b two-a-day practices. They lined up and the count down began. The race ended with Art winning. The girls complained that Art jumped the gun and didn't win fairly. So Art said he wanted to be fair and offered to run again. I am glad the wind was blowing in the right direction, and Art beat the girls once again. There was a lot of groaning by the girls, and silently Art was groaning also. Those girls dedicated their selves throughout the tournament, and played their hearts out. I will always remember that tournament, but most of all I will always remember how Art was dedicated to his friends. If you needed him, he was always there. I will miss you Art. You are now running without losing your breath. May God's blessings be with you.

Art and I grew up together as kids and really had fun playing basketball, and baseball. Especially had fun going out west of the airport shooting carp with our bow and arrows. Art always had a faster car than me growing up. We both had old Chevy’s. Art was a good guy and friend. I wish I had kept better contact as we got older. He’ll be missed. His daughter Missy has been amazing helping Art during his final days. From Tom Greenburg
