Bobbie "Bob" Lee Oviatt's Obituary
Bob was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter - Day Saints. He served in many callings throughout his life, but one of his Favorite callings was as Branch President of Midtown Manor Care Center. He had a great love of people, and was a wonderful example of love, compassion, faith and charity. Bob is preceded in death by his parents, sister Lorna, Brothers Fred and Leroy, great grand daughter Jocelyn, wife Maurine. He is survived by his brothers Gary(Marjorie ) and George(Jani), children Jeff(Ina), Angela, Amber and Amanda. He is also survived by grandchildren Megan(Jack), Adam, Dallin, Morgan, Chase, Caleb, Yulisa, and many adopted children and grandchildren : great grandchildren Ava, Wyatt, Jardani.
Bob was always serving and helping others, and made friends easily.
The family would like to thank Solstice Hospice for their sweet, tender care of their Father/Grandfather/ Great-Grandfather. They would also like to thank the wonderful doctors who have taken care of him throughout his life.
Funeral services will be held on December 9, 2023 at 10:00 am, with a viewing from 9 - 9:45 am that day. The address is 1148 West 500 North Salt Lake City, UT 84116. After the funeral, Bob will be interred at The Salt Lake City Cemetery next to his sweetheart.
