Brooke White's Obituary
Brooke White, 42 of Payson, Utah died Sunday, January 17, 2021 from complications associated with a brain and lung infection.
She was born January 1, 1979 and won the baby contest for being the first baby born in American Fork and also won the baby contest for Orem because that was where her family resided.
Brooke was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and belonged to the Hillman Field 3rd Branch of Payson where she was much loved by all who knew her.
She was a very beloved member of the SRT Clubhouse community. She was always a ray of sunshine and someone who was constantly reaching out to others. Brooke loved people and everything that she did in response to others, showed her gentle nature and her kind heart.
The medical staff who worked with Brooke during her extended illness expressed appreciation for her loving ways and beautiful smile. She always expressed thanks to everyone who helped her in any way.
Brooke was preceded in death by her father Jeffrey Alan White (Beth), her stepfather Charles H. Durfee, her brother Tex White, her sisters Renae Taylor and Breanna Durfee. She is survived by her mother Colleen Chidester (Kent), by her two daughters Jessica Higgs (Trey Mantell), Jazmine Hopkin (Hamilton) grandson Atreus Mantell; her siblings Rock White (June), a sister-in-law Alysia White, Monte White (Zoe), Krystal Reed (Rusty), Misty Moore (Tony), Jenny Sartori (Matt), Charles Durfee; stepmother Sue Hiatt, stepsiblings Brad Barrow (Barbara), Brooke Reynolds (Aaron), Aubrey (Jason), Megan (Bill).
Interment will take place in the Byron Cemetery in Byron, Wyoming.
