This first time I met Carol she was the sweetest / warmest lady you could encounter. My wife Bernice, her granddaughter took me to visit her in this really cool cabin in the winter. We talked, laughed, and she treated me with kindness and acceptance despite being relatively new in our relationship. She made the best fried potatoes which I will remember to this day. I met her many more times over the following years, and she always jumped to say hi and engage in conversation when we got together. I always saw her with a smile and I am happy she is now at rest as our Human bodies sometimes age and eventually fail us. Her spirit was strong and her love deep. She was tough as nails and had been through many things in her life. Her kin the same. A tough breed of women they are in those mountains. But had a heart of gold. Cam and Carol are now running together through the clouds, once again. They had such a strong bond and loved each other so much. I am still amazed that Carol got into Cross country skiing and was very active and soaked in life during a particular relationship. - God Speed Carol. Your where unique and loved. - Love Michael Z
