Carole was one of the sweetest, most genuine people I've know. Family was incredibly important to her and she would do anything for them. It was obvious how much she loved being a mom and a grandma. She was generous, the kind of person who never hesitated to help others. She laughed easily, appreciated good meals with good company, and truly enjoyed life. She was easy to talk to and didn't judge. Often she would say, "Be nice to other people even if they aren't nice to you. You never know what someone else is going through." I'm so grateful I had the opportunity to know and love her.
