Colby and I use to make wood rings together. And one Halloween I was going to be harry potter and Colby and I made a harry potter wound and and we stay up tell 12 pm to make the wound.
I'm his nephew and didnt get to hang out with him often but when we did it was fun
You my friend will be missed. Your sense of humor. The weird things you used to say and do. You were a good friend and would talk with me when I had problems. I will miss the times you Josh,Tim and I gamed together. And all the other things we did.

When I think of Colby I immediately think of happiness. And maybe a little mischief mixed in with that happiness. I was blessed to babysit Colby and his brothers a lot when they were young. I remember the constant energy and enthusiasm. Colby grew into an amazing man who used this same energy and happiness in so many good ways. He will be missed. I know we will see each other again and when we do I look forward to feeling his wonderful energy and love in the form of a big hug. I worked with Colby and his mother at Hobble Creek best year of my life. He was always so happy, the life of the party. He pitch in an never complain about the thing he had to do(and we made him do some pretty funny things).

Colby was one of those people who always made you feel like you were standing in the sunlight. Our last memory together was when he took me to get my wisdom teeth out. The laughs and love we shared that day, was only a small part of our relationship. We always laughed together, & those memories I will forever hold near and dear to my heart. My children always talk about papa Colby and his farm, my twins will always know that their papa was such a special person and they will continue to love him endlessly. I am honored to call Colby not only a papa to my kids, but also my step dad. My heart is extremely heavy and I am completely lost, but I know that my Colbz is looking down on me and will continue to guide me. I am so blessed that myself, my mom (Michelle) jesika & ben have the Lancaster family in our lives and I will continue to enjoy remembering the greatest memories of Colby with them and making new ones as a bonded family. I’m so sorry for your loss. I only knew him through Michelle’s Facebook page and hoped that after the pandemic we could meet in person. As Michelle’s friend, I have appreciated the way he has taken care of her heart and loved her the way she deserves to be loved: whole-heartedly and beyond measure. I pray for peace for all of you affected by his loss.
Our hearts are so full of sorrow at the loss of this wonderful man. He was the love of our daughter's life, and it was very clear to us why. We too, loved (and love) him from the beginning. He felt like family from the start. His easy way, his gentle nature, his laugh, and so many more things endeared him to us right away.
We want to share our deepest condolences with you, Melanie, all of his wonderful brothers and sisters, and extended family, and our our dear, dear daughter, Michelle.
We grieve with all of you, and cannot imagine life without him. We are better for having had him as our (future) son-in-law.
