Miss you Chrissy
Chrissy was my oldest sister. Even though she was 11 years older we had a blast together. I lived with her in my senior year of high school. She loved cars as much as any man did. She had a Cobra car like the one on Charlies Angels. We would drag the boulevard in Salt Lake. She had a CB radio too. We had our CB handles. She would tell me, get on and say "you're sweet 16 and never". We'd get flooded with responses, it was great fun back in the day. Closest thing to social media in 1978.
When Kurt and a couple of his boys - myself included - camped out at the ZCMI store in the Valley Fair Mall parking lot to be first in line for ZZ Top tickets, Chris showed up with some goodies (and probably to check on us). She was always very kind and super focused on making sure we were all okay. She treated us like close friends, and like part of the family. Chris was a great, fun-loving lady.
