I loved teaching with Connie at Majestic Elementary. Our friendship grew after we retired by having monthly luncheons with others from Majestic. Connie affected all of our lives with her friendly smile and always caring about each of us. She will be greatly missed.

Living next door to the Whittakers my entire childhood I felt as if they were family. We were very lucky kids to always have all of you looking out for us. My heart will be present at the service. I had the privilege and opportunity of working with Connie at Majestic. She was always so kind and always had a smile on her face. She certainly made this newbie teacher feel more confident!
I met Connie while working for West Jordan School District in the reading dept. Our paths only crossed for about a year, but oh what a year! That little room we all shared was full of powerful women who shared a passion for God, learning, and laughter; so much laughter! I'm so glad I got to know her, however briefly, and send my condolences to her loved ones as they mourn.

I met Connie at a wedding in 2010 and she and her whole family were so kind and welcoming to me - I was visiting from Florida and I'll never forget how sweet and warm and how much fun we all had for starting as strangers. Sending warm thoughts to her family!
So many memories. We lived across the street from each other for a couple of years when our kids were just little. We served in the relief society presidency together. We never lost touch and went out often. And by tender mercy, we were able to stay with him for four months last year while the building our house. How great it was to see her every day. And just give her a bit of service. We will miss her more than we thought possible. Love you, Connie, until we meet again.
