Daniel Reed Mc Cullough's Obituary
Dan returned home to our loving Heavenly Father on July 20, 2021 at the age of 69. Dan was born Oct 30, 1951 to Emerald E. Mc Cullough and Doris V. Pew in Richmond, California.
As a child Dan loved to play football and go to the family cabin every summer. Dan faithfully
served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Michigan where he truly fell in love with the people there.
Dan was successful in everything he ever tried to accomplish; from successful businesses he started, to beautiful house projects. When Dan did have free time he could be found fishing, camping, or doing a complex puzzle. Dan was a true tech guru and seemed to always have a new fun gadget to try.
Dan loved being a father to his four wonderful children and gained an even larger family when he married Janis Mecham April 28, 2013 and was later sealed in the Temple . The two of them were able to make beautiful memories together while traveling and camping in their RV. Dan will be remembered as someone who always went above and beyond to serve others. He will be greatly missed.
We take great comfort in knowing that he is now with his parents and older brother Michael. He leaves behind his eternal companion, Janis, his brother Patrick and his four children, Michael, Jeremy, Lacey, and Lindsay. He also left four step-children Lindsay (Wes), Alisha(Kyle), Hilarie (Russ) and Christian (Anna), and many grandchildren.
A viewing will be held on Monday, July 26 from 6-8 pm. at the Bennion East Stake Center
