You know how you are happy to see some people now matter where or when they show up. For us, it was always like that with Dar and Linda. Their appearance would just light up the day. We didn't get to spend a lot of time with them, but the time spent was quality time. Dar's passing has left a hole in our lives and we will miss knowing that he could stop in anytime. Linda, you, Ken, Rick, Val and their families are welcome in our home anytime. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and you have our sincere condolences. Dar, see you on the other side, buddy.

Darwin handed me hip waders, had me plop into cold creek waters near Charleston Nevada and had me dredging for gold during a family camping trip. It was an adventure I'll never forget! He was never without a story that usually made me laugh, because his eyes lit up and he himself would be laughing as he told it. He showed me much compassion and was one of the few men who have ever understood me. I remember him in his denim jeans, big floppy tennis shoes, plaid flannel shirts and ball cap doing various hobbies that he loved and enjoyed sharing with others. He will be missed by many!
