Where to begin? 20 years of being a "son". He always called me "mama". If I needed help with ANYTHING he would jumped in and help us out. Anything from cooking, planting gardens, planting trees, feed my critters, watching my house while we were gone, getting his son to school, moving heavy things, painting, cleaning....the list is too long. He worked hard at his jobs (and employers took advantage of him for that). Dave would make a point to see Anthem on almost every weekend. Anthem loved when his dad came over, Dave would dig out the nerf rifles and game on! I wish I would have listened more, or took time to tell him I appreciated him more. I loved him dearly and my heart breaks knowing Anthem will grow up without him. April and Dave shared a long history and son. He and April were best friends even after they parted. We all have lost a love one, and we all have said "we should have...could have... So take today to really take the time. I will miss you David.
