Delbert P Plumley Jr was born To Delbert P Plumley SR and Rheta (Plumley) MItchell IN Provo Utah in 1956, They soon divorced. Growing up he spent time in both the homes of Dan and Rheta Mitchell, of Utah, and Delbert and Anne Plumley of Garfield WA. His Hobbies as a kid were building model cars, and listening, and collecting old western music, (especially Merle Haggard). He drove long haul before retiring for medical purposes. He is survived by his children Tiffani Rose Mitchell-Bishop, Kyle Mitchell,Justin Mitchell,Tommy Mitchell. and Alex Mitchell. Several siblings on the Mitchell side, Stepmother Anne Plumley of Spokane Wa, and Sister Michele Plumley-Bell, of Spokane Wa, And wife Rose Mitchell. He was proceeded in death by his parents Dan and Rheta Mitchell, His dad Delbert Plumley SR, and Brother Rick Mitchell. Jr was always a free spirit, but loved all his family with all his heart. He had a funny sense of humor, and an infectious laugh. I will miss talking to you, and sad you were so far away to visit in person for far to many years! I love you tons big brother! until we meet again.
