Delbert was born in Provo, Utah, he was the Son of Rheta Mitchell and Daniel Mitchell.
Delbert was preceded in death by his Parents, Grandparents and Brother Rick.
He is survived by his children, Tiffani (Jeremy) Mitchell; Kyle (Jennifer) Mitchell; Justin Swanson Mitchell; Tommy Mitchell; Alex Mathews; 8 Grandchildren; 2 Brothers; 5 Sisters ;and his estranged Wife Rose Mitchell.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday May 5, 2018 the Parkway Nursing and Rehab Center located at 55 Professional Way Payson, Utah.
