Dianne Dill's Obituary
Dianne, our loving sister and aunt returned to our Heavenly Father on August 02, 2014, at the age of 62, after a valiant fight with cancer. She was born in Lansing, Michigan to W. Bruce and Lorraine Dill.
Dianne was raised in Holt, Michigan. She always wanted to be a school teacher, and was a member of Future Teachers of America. She attended Lansing Community College and Brigham Young University, where she graduated with honors. For over 30 years she loved teaching school in such places as Texas, Michigan, Idaho, and Utah. Dianne served for many years as a Primary teacher and leader for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She also enjoyed serving at the Jordan River and Oquirrh Mountain Temples. Dianne loved traveling and being with family and friends.
Dianne is survived by her brother Gary (Nola) of Oklahoma City, OK; and sisters Pennie Dill of Taylorsville, and LeeAnn Christensen (Kevin) of 29 Palms, CA; as well as many nieces and nephews whom she loved very much. Dianne is preceded in death by her father, mother, and sister, Terry Lewis.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 09, 2014 at the LDS chapel located at 6364 South 3200 West, Taylorsville, UT with a viewing held prior to services from 9:30 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Interment at Elysian Burial Gardens.
