I love Dixie, we first met when I became lunch room manger at EG KING ELEM, we worked together for a year ,so long as I let her think she was in charge we were fine 😂. She was so much fun and we
laughed everyday we remained good friends for nearly 20yrs. She was the one that taught me and Barbara how to make jewelry, we would get together at Barbara’s house for hours and talk and laugh. We also would love to go for drinks … Diet Coke at McDonalds, we would be there for 2 to 3 hours I’m surprised they didn’t kick us out. Finally when Barbara and I retired we found a new place for lunch Dylan’s in Kaysville and luckily they didn’t mind us being there for hours. The last 2yrs we have missed having Dixie with us for lunch , I will miss her she holds a special place in my heart.
