I'm saddened to hear of the passing of Effie. She was a wonderful woman. Many years ago, she and Don showed kindness to me. My family really enjoyed them when they were missionaries here in Georgia. I'll always be grateful for her kindness and example. And for her potato soup.
Effie and Don are two of the most loving and amazing people I know. Because of their example and caring ways I learned so much from them. I can tell my mother came from the same wonderful family because she was the same way.
I love you and will miss you dearly.
