Gibb Dyer
As Floyd’s bishop for several years I was impressed with his great example of Christlike service. I could always count on him to help those in need. He had a positive outlook on life and was a joy to be around. He leaves a great legacy in terms of his posterity and example. And Kathy was a great companion by his side who also radiated the light of the gospel. Floyd’s positive influence for good will be missed but not forgotten.
