Greatest memory of Frank: A couple of months ago Frank shows up at our home nextdoor asking for my 10 year old grandson. Frank had his electric cart out and asked to race my grandson down the road. My grandson Ariez has a hoverboard with an attached seat on it... Off they went racing down our street! Laughing all the way down. Frank is the greatest! Love him and all of your wonderful Family❤️
