I will cherish the memories of all the time we spent together and will miss you, but know that you are free of all the pain in your life and that you are in a much better place. Carla, thank you for making your brother's final days on this earth so peaceful and comforting to him. To the Bytendorp family, I am truly sorry for your loss. Glen was my best friend and equally a brother to me as my own brothers. I love you Gimbo!!
