Janice And Dennis Ickes
When I moved into the neighborhood 11 years ago, Glen and Ruth were among the first to welcome me and make me feel at home. They were so sweet and kind and helped with the transition in my new surroundings.
I loved listening to Glen tell about the history of our ward. He had seen all of the changes leading up to the present. Being right across the street from him, we could always count on Glen keeping an eye on our house while we were away and we really appreciated him doing that. I enjoyed listening to him telling about his and Ruth's lives before I knew them. He was always interested in what was going on in our lives also. He wanted us to tell him about our trips and our families.
I love Ruth and Glen and am going to miss Glen so much.
Ruth, we love you and our prayers are with you. We want you to know we are here for you for anything you might need.
