Grant was a wonderful friend. He and Jane both. He was always giving to others. He had a gentle spirit, and was accepting of all. He and Jane had exchange students as well as youth from West Ridge Academy (formerly Utah Boys Ranch) that they were always so good to, myself being one of those. Jane I have known since 1997. Both will be greatly missed.
Dear Jane and family, I hope it's not too late for you to get this, but I wanted to express my sympathy on your loss. I always loved working with Grant back in the "old days" and enjoyed getting to know you. What a bright light you were in his life!. He was a man of wonderful integrity and kindness for whom I had great respect. He did much good in all he did. You were certainly fortunate to have had him. Uncle Grant, Sr. -- I didn't know your children that well, but wish to express our sympathy. We now live in West Jordan, but didn't learn about the funeral until it was too late to come.
