I will forever be grateful to Greta and her dedicated service in the Relief Society. She and Judy Giles served together in our ward over funerals. Greta was so good with people, and lovingly served their families in their time of need. One year we experienced 13 funerals in our ward! Greta was there and compassionately serving others even when she wasn’t feeling well herself.
Another memory I will cherish was how enjoyable and fun she was to visit with. Greta was always up for a visit, and took a positive view on her situation even when she was in her care facility. There was always laughter.
She was a wonderful friend and example. You will be missed Greta!

Growing up I used to spend the night with grandma and grandpa. I used to cuddle up to grandma in bed at night and watch Perry mason until she feel asleep. Then I would sneak out and grandpa and I would get chicken in a biscuit crackers and draw with cheese whiz on the crackers late into the night while we watched old cowboy westerns. I loved my nights I got to sleep over!
