Griffin was a delightful student and a truly kind-hearted human being. He had clever answers to the question of the day as well as insightful thoughts and analysis to share. He was smart, unpretentious, and generous. He will definitely be missed.
I went to sunset elementary with Griffin and was close with him and many of his friends, I remember how kind and accepting of everyone he was and he always tried his best to cheer whoever he could up. He was one of the smartest kids I knew and I could ask him anything and he always had an answer or solution. I’m so glad I got to experience being his friend because his kindness, laughter, smile, and big brains will all be remembered by me and the ones who love him most. He gave me so many happy memories and Im so glad I had the privilege of being his friend and knowing him. Rest easy Griffin, thank you for always being such a good friend and listener, you will be missed by many.
Griffin was a friend of mine. I thought he was one of the funniest kids. He was so witty and so kind. He never failed to bring out my genuine laugh. I was beyond amazed by his intelligence. I was in awe whenever I saw him doing schoolwork. He was a very sweet kid and had the prettiest eyes and the brightest smile. I'll miss him. My prayers go out to his family.
I had the privilege of having Griffin as a student at Sunset Junior High. In fact, he was one of my Students' of the Month. I always admired his ambition and his desire to improve and get better at whatever it was we were working on in class. My deepest condolences to Griffin's family!
I went to school with Griffin in Jr high and High school. He definitely was a joy to talk to and was a very smart guy. He helped me out a lot with biology it always came with a few jokes and messing with me. But he always meant well and he definitely felt like a brother. He is definitely going to be missed and I am going to miss randomly running into him at school.
I went to JuniorHigh and Highschool with Griffin, and he was the sweetest, kindest funniest kid I would talk to, he made my classes more bearable and he was always there when we would go to different classes to cheer me up from what I was going through. He thought so much for others and he was so smart, man he could do things that I didn’t know someone could to it was insane, he was so fun to be around and he helped me learn a lot in the classes that I needed help in. My condolences to his family and his friends.
I went to Junior and Highschool with Griffin, he was the sweetest guy ever, he was so funny and he was really fun to be around and he made me classes a little more bearable, I was so glad to find out someone went to my school from Junior High and it was him and my other friend, we used to text and have the weirdest conversations about what we learned that day and what went on, and I’m so sad for his family and his friends, I’m so sad to see him go.
My thoughts are with all of Griffin’s family. Growing up Gentry spent a lot of time with Griffin, at your home, at school and playing games online. Griffin was always a very kind and sweet boy. My heart hurts for your loss.
