Did he live in Dallas, Tx when he 1st got to Tx. Also did he work at a jewelry store here in Dallas.
Heinz has shaped and influenced my life as a friend, mentor and fatherly figure. Always quick with a clever joke, though some, not so much. Point being, he never stopped trying... and that is a beautful metaphor of his life, always moving forward into his next venture. In a nutshell, we could all learn a thing or two from his life's examples as he sought to savour his time on earth. Thanks to him for all the many people he has helped and uplifted. He is sorely missed and truly loved.
I ran into Heinz in different places in South Ogden. He was such a gentle soul, funny, kind, uplifting. He liked to talk about the deals he got at the WSU surplus store, or the food at different restaurants. I imagine his reunion with his wife and daughter was beautiful. Heinz’s presence is missed. Peace and comfort to the famiy

I met Heinz at my employment Carls Super Saver. We enjoyed many conversations. I appreciated his kindness and his wisdom. I am grateful for our friendship and the conversations we shared. I did a sale which he attended and he asked if I sold anything yet? I replied no not yet and he was trying g to find something to buy. He chose some socks which I know he didn’t need nor probably wanted but he was showing support and said this sale will set the course for the rest of the day. His positivity and good energy and amazing heart will be greatly missed. When I visit the botanical gardens I will think of you. Much love always
