Heinz J Bruhl's Obituary
After picking through every garage sale and thrift store possible on earth, Heinz J Brühl has moved on to loftier picking grounds.
His smile, jokes, stories, positivity, and overall presence will be greatly missed by so many, most especially his children, Fran (Rick), Chantel (Joe), Josef and Jennifer.
Heinz was born in Wiesbaden, Germany on October 4, 1942. He made his way to America at the age of 19, where he traveled from New York to Texas and then to Utah. He lived his life to the fullest, playing soccer for and graduating from Weber State College, collecting VW’s, learning to ski and becoming a “lifty” at Snowbasin (for the free ski pass!) volunteering with various charities and treasure hunting. His children remember many weekend adventures spent searching several states for old Bamberger train cars, which he found and purchased. Heinz enjoyed making friends with everyone he met and was a kind, caring friend to his neighbors.
A going away party is in the works, but in the meantime, in Heinz’ honor, please perform an unexpected, unsolicited act of kindness for someone.
Hab 'n (Luftballon gefunden)
Ich denk' an euch und lass' ihn fliegen
Ich liebe dich immer
