What can I say about my mother. She taught me the example of paying tithing when she only had a few dollars. The trips to Los Angels Temple, taught Gene and the importance of temple work. Those temples trips with my mom and Gene are some of my favorite memories.
What words are there to say about a loving mother who could have easily given up, but instead taught us perseverance, faith in our loving Savior. She was our biggest supporter and showed love even while I was not the easiest to love. She was my biggest fan and support. I proudly call her my Mother and my hero. THANK YOU!I’ll miss you Mom!
Eric and I send our heartfelt condolences to Helen‘s loving family. You are in our thoughts and prayers. We loved Helen. We loved her smile and positive attitude and indomitable spirit! We love seeing her walking around the block pushing a stroller with her grandson in it on a regular basis. We loved sharing the fruit from our backyard with her and her family. We loved having her in our Gospel essentials class. We loved hearing about her life and we’re awed by the trials and obstacles she had overcome as a mother and breadwinner. Leslie loved taking her to doctor appointments which gave them an opportunity to talk about the things most important to them-family and faith. Helen was dedicated to the gospel of Jesus Christ and exemplified it in her life. She will be missed by those of us left behind but know she is free from pain and suffering and welcomed home into the loving arms of the Savior. 💕
Helen was the sweetest lady. Yes stubborn, but that's what made her resilient to the obstacles this world threw at her. I witnessed strength in her that I know I too have within me. I was blessed to have met such a wonderful woman. I am happy you are free from this earthly pain. Love you my friend heaven gained a wonderful Angel to help watch over her family.
