I remember working with Jake when we were together at Deseret Industries of Ogden. We were given the rare opportunity to work together for about a week. At the end of the week he said it was a pleasure to work with someone who didn't complain about how hard the work was, and how much had to be done. It was as if we each knew just what the other was going to do and what the next move was going to be. In today's world it's hard to find one who is willing to put in a days work or work til the job is done. He called it the old school of how to work and help each other. Molly has been known to say of Jake "You are the youngest old time worker I know"! I loved him for his honesty and his work ethic. It's hard to find a real good friend out there these days. Jake is one of those kind of people. I'm grateful to have known Jake all these years and am happy to call him my friend. I'm going to miss you my friend. You have left this world a better place for having been in it. Till we meet again, Rest in Peace. Thair D. Keyes
PS: to those of his family left here in this life.... May the Lord bless you at this time of your loss. May his holy hand hold you till you feel his love and peace to fill the void Jake left. You are loved by Jake. I know this to be true because he and I spoke of it often when we were together.
