He was my father-in-law for 4 great years and I loved him dearly. He was always fun to be with and made great chili verde egg rolls. I miss those days. He even got me to eat fried rabbit and it was great. Rest in peace. Paula
I remember Uncle Derk and I eating all the carrots out the roast Aunt Shan was making for dinner. He said she wouldn’t be mad. Boy was he wrong! 😂
