When I was a new runner in 2013, I started asking Jeff questions at the Orem Fitness Center. He became my coach and cheerleader — always encouraging all my efforts and reassuring me. He really made the difference! I am still running today — in part because of his support! I will miss his sweet smile and wisdom!
