Jerry always made everyone laugh. He was the most talented drummer in Kearns. We played lots of classic Mexican tunes at the F.O.E. in West Valley. I had lots of band photos of us playing live but lost them in a fire in 2012, He sure did love to sing and dance too.
Well I’ve known Jerry for about 36 years played music together but my memories with him are too many. We laughed so hard this last time he tells me Benjamin I did the stupidest thing how could I be do crazy. I’m like what did you do? He’s I went and bought a set of drums I can’t believe I did that. I told him nice so you’re going to play in a band huh. He was quiet then he’s tells me Vince bought a bass and amp so I’m like you guys got in a group he’s still quiet. And so I tell him yeah I bought some great to. At the drop of of a heart he’s like went do you want to practice. I knew he was hosting me in the whole time.
