Jerry Armijo's Obituary
Jerry was born on October 26, 1961, in Laramie, Wyoming to Frank and Claudia Armijo. He was raised in Kearns, Utah where he graduated From Kearns High school in 1986. Jerry had three children: Treston Salazar (Courtney), Brianna Herrera (Andrew), Bobby Armijo. And Six Grandkids: Andrew, Yazmin, Isabella, Olivia, Nova & Niko. Jerry enjoyed spoiling his grandkids whenever he had the chance too and made sure they knew that Papa loved them. His Five Brothers: Gene, Frank, Sam, Pete (Angel), Dave. He is also survived by many wonderful nieces, nephews and family members he cherished dearly.
Jerry worked many jobs throughout his years and enjoyed staying busy. When he wasn't working you could guarantee to find him on his drum set. He traveled to many places playing with Los Gauchos, Uncle Amos, Vincent Guitterez & Ben Montoya. He Recently bought himself a new drum set and was lucky enough to get to play a few more times with Vince and Ben. He was looking forward to many more Gigs. Now He’s Playings Drums to his hearts desire.
Jerry enjoyed making everyone around him laugh. He always had a joke up his sleeve and had an Infectious laugh. He loved spending Time with his family and his best friend (Brother) Pete.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 20th at 3pm at Premier Funeral Services in Midvale (67 East 8000 South).
