We were in the Bountiful 5th and 43rd ward with Joan and Denny. We loved her! She was our daughter's nursery teacher. Heidi loved Sister Mohr. Randall grew up with and was friends with her son, Brian.
We send our prayers and love to you!

I remember meeting for the first time in Bountiful Utah. We use to visit at church and go to each other houses. She moved to Layton Utah and then my husband and I moved to Layton Utah a few years after she did and we found out that we were in her ward. In Layton I use to work with her in primary.

Joan and I taught in Primary together for many years. We were also Relief Society Visiting Teaching sisters for many years. We always laughed that we were special sisters in the Pre-existance. We shared so many similar experiences! We loved each other, and I will be anxious to share our memories when it's my turn to be called home.
When I was around age 11 or so, Joan and Marian came to Montana for a visit. We were in Great Falls (or somewhere away from my home in Fort Benton) and I wanted to go back to Utah with them—they we’re really fun cousins of my mom’s. I didn’t have any clothes packed or a toothbrush—but went nevertheless! I stayed at Joan’s house for a week until my mother LouDean arrived. It was so generous of Joan to take me. I have fond memories or her fun disposition. She was always doing something extraordinary at a Dana family reunion. She was beautiful person, inside and out. Her positive attitude was infectious ❤️ Love you Joanie! So glad I was able to see you on Zoom last year!
