We were friends it seems like from day one when we met at Irene's house. Foster care allowed me to meet you. We were like brothers from like age 16. We had a lot of awesome times. The pranks we pulled and always goofing around. You were always in my thoughts and you always had a place to stay at my house. The door was always open. You will truly be missed. Until we see each other again, fly high and be free. You are and always will be my brother. Rest in peace.
I will always remember it was always you and I sitting out on the smoking patio at 3 or 4 am. Neither of us could sleep and it was difficult adjusting to being out of jail but not quite free. I saw you struggle and I saw you work through a lot. I was impressed how you crawled up on top of that house we painted, they didn't bring a ladder tall enough and no one else could figure out how to make it work. And you just literally scaled this house and painted all the tricky stuff with no ropes or ladders. You stepped in without hesitation to help make it happen. This is a common theme I've always noticed about you. I'm happy and proud that I could consider you a friend and that you hopefully felt the same way too. I will miss you always making us laugh when things were too stressful at work too... If there could be more people like you in this world we'd quickly run out of problems and have everything figured out of this I'm certain. love you bro.
