Joyce was a wonderful person, great friend, sister, and awesome mother. Her laughter , smile, and kindness will be missed by all. Had opportunity to be apart of her life during her younger adult life and was able to reconnect when she lived in Westminster, MD, wished our friends and family could have remained connected. Thinking of her family through this difficult loss.
I went to high school with Joyce, she was always so nice to me. I reconnected with her years later on Facebook. So grateful I was able to spend some time with her after graduation. She was such a devoted mother and great person overall. She will be missed.
