We went to Havasupai as a family in 2007. I remember hiking down to Moonie falls. We climbed out on the sidewall towards the falls and just the air and mist flow was very powerful such that we weren't able to get all the way to the falls. Justin jumped out first into the water and swam back to shore. I remember when I was swimming back, I had some large sandles on that slipped off my toes but were still on my ankles so although I was already fatigued, I now had a lot of drag that was making it difficult to swim. As I started to sink, I remember Justin swam back out and helped me get back to shore without inhaling the muddy water. Although Justin had a number of pranks to play on his younger siblings, he was always looking out for us as well.
