Kathleen Eames' Obituary
Kathleen Eames, born in the rolling green hills of Tipperary, Ireland, passed away on
October 25, 2025. Though life carried her far from her birthplace, she never forgot her
beloved homeland. Kathleen was a wonderful mother, grandmother,
great-grandmother, and cherished friend. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her warm heart, and the joy she brought simply by being herself.
Known by many as a truly lovely lady, she was kind, sweet, and blessed with a funny
sense of humor that brought comfort and laughter to family and friends. She found happiness in life’s simple pleasures–quiet mornings spent reading, tending to her garden, and, most of all, dancing. Dancing was her greatest joy.
She was married to the love of her life, David, who passed away many years ago. Their
bond and devotion remained a lasting example of love and partnership.
Kathleen’s legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and friends, who will forever
cherish the memories of her gentle smile, her laughter, and her enduring love.
Thank you to the wonderful staff at Daybreak Senior Care, and Sunridge Memory Care,
who treated Kathleen with kindness, dignity, and grace.
A Celebration of Life will be held on December 6th, at our family home, located at 2265
W 5650 S Roy, UT 84067. We will begin the celebration at 2:00 pm, where family and
friends are invited to share stories, smiles, and honor the beautiful life that she lived.
In lieu of flowers, if you would like to make a donation in Kathleen’s name, please
consider donating to The Christmas Box in Ogden. It is an organization that cares for
children in difficult circumstances, and provides a safe haven, care, and stability in a
child’s most vulnerable moments.
