Hello Dennis, I was working on Family Search this evening and found out about your mom. Somewhere along the line I misplaced your e-mail. Know though that this will get to you.
I visited with your Mom a little over a year ago at her care center in Orem. At first she did not recognize me. However, as the conversation went on we laughed and had a good talk about our time in Provo and the Good Old Provo Third Ward. She expressed how proud she was of you, Glenn, Laurie and all of her grandchildren. She had that little twinkle still in her eyes.
She always made me feel at home when I came over to play. She was one of my true friends. I appreciate the love and interest she took in me as I was growing up. Your family was a big part of my life.
I hope the funeral went well today. I wish I could have been there to put an arm around all of you.
My family is doing well. Cathy and I continue to enjoy living here in Logan. I am enjoying my work at the Post Office and the good people who I work with.
