Uncle Kent was the epitome of gentle giant. He would attend get-togethers at Scott and Rosie's sitting quietly watching the mayhem and music made by Scott, Dad (Kevin), and others. He was always kind with a comforting presence. He is and will be greatly missed. Love you Uncle.
Yes sir! He was great man we all looked up to. His patience, dry humor and calmness made even the tallest in stature take another look. Why didn’t he save Doug’s life when falling out of there car? Yes, and many other stories that would give the strongest a shutter. It was the light and Holy Ghost that shown in his love for his children, out loud. Love to my brother in law, now and forever. I remember hearing a story that was told by my brother Scott about Kent, Scott and Vic up hunting. Vic was wondering if the truck would go up this hill/ mountain and concerned about the truck not making it. Kent says sure it will. Vic didn’t know that Kent had already had the truck up that mountain on one of his own hunting trips. The things we do and get away with without our parents, knowing sometimes it’s fun little secrets that make up our lives.
Kent was my oldest brother. I’m gonna miss him a lot. I remember him taking the time to teach me how to shoot a shotgun and he took time out to also take me on my first hunting trip for ducks. He helped me with many things in my life and I have been able to see some of his wonderful creations. He was so good at making drywall look like it was simple but I know it wasn’t and how artistic and proficient he was at it to make it seem so effortless he will be missed. Love you Brother.
My dad was the best man in the world and cared about everybody. We love him so much and we know he loves us. Going to miss him soon much and wish he didn't have to leave.i love you dad your the best Papa anybody could ever ask for!
