Larry was one of my leaders when I was a young man. Larry went above and beyond to help the young men he worked with to succeed and be productive. Not only was he a leader, but he was also a friend who truly cared about his young men. He was a good example and loved the gospel. I have no doubt he has continued God's work on the other side.
Larry worked with our young men, Scott and James with their YM goals. The young men at church enjoyed working with him. He encouraged and supported them in their goals and was a good friend to them.
Several times he'd come over and play games with our boys and a couple of their friends or stop by for a chat. We enjoyed his visits. Our family loved Larry and are grateful for our association with him. He had a strong testimony of the Savior and His gospel.
One time my husbands mother Beryl came over who loves genelogy and they had a nice long conversation about genelogy and Temple work with Larry. They were both in their element of Genelogy work! It was sweet!

We were in Larry's ward in St. George. He was always so friendly and positive and willing to share his testimony. We are happy to know he's back "home" and whole once more. We send our sympathy to his family.
