I did not know Leanne at all, but reading the memories of others has given me a mental snap-shot of what a loving person she must have been. Her mama, Marsha, and I were friends and graduated together from Antelope Valley High School in Lancaster, CA. many years ago. I have been reminiscing about the kind and sweet person Marsha is (and that big smile!) and that tells me that surely Leanne was immensely loved and encouraged by her family through the years. To the Lonczyna family,

I remember your family so smiling and happy and always picture you that way. I had your sweet bashful Leanne in my Primary class when she was young and she showed an artistic talent in her pictures. She was always so shy but when I told her she was an artist she would get a big smile just like her mother's smile. I am so sorry that she was called home in her early years. Sending prayers and love from some of your old neighbors.

We knew Leanne as a happy little girl who was a good big sister to her siblings as they each joined the loving Lonczyna family. In later years we were impressed with the way she was so willing to be helpful to her parents in many kind ways. She will be missed.
