Dennis Woodruff
How I loved my Aunt Darlene. I was born exactly one month after her and Uncle Bud got married. The family would always come to Salt Lake City every summer for two weeks. I was lucky enough to be invited to Grandpa and Grandma Woodruff’s house and stay there the whole time they were here. That’s how I got to know and love my aunt. My uncle Bud would pack up me, Bob and Lisa in the car and we’d go explore all the major site in the SLC valley. Those were some of the happiest times in my life and it feels like yesterday this happened.
One of the biggest regrets in my life is because after the moved back to Utah I failed to go down and visit with her before she passed away. This has haunted me the whole week after I heard she passed away. I pray that she forgives me.
I love you so very much. Goodbye entail we meet again. ❤️🌹
