Marsha Tarbet's Obituary
We are sad to announce the passing of Marsha Tarbet, 78, our sweet sister, aunt, and friend left us on February 24, 2023 in Taylorsville, Utah surrounded by family, friends, and loved ones. She was a ‘real trooper’ during the twenty years as she dealt with thyroid cancer. Marsha was born in Logan, Utah to Wendell Tarbet and Marion Johnson Tarbet on November 14, 1944 and is survived by Jolayne Krawiec, (sister), Christopher Todd Krawiec (nephew), Tracy John Krawiec (nephew), and Carl Krawiec (brother-in-law).
She attended Sacramento Community College for 2 ½ years, and went on to work in Civil Service for the Social Security Department.
Marsha was a beautiful person who loved life, making friends, cooking, collecting fine linens , her pets, and gardening. Her artistic side would show when she attended parties wearing some vintage clothing she had collected.
Many a thank you to the friends and neighbors who so willingly gave their love, visits, and assistance to Marsha in her last few days.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 pm on Sunday April 2, 2023 , at Summit Vista, 3390 West Signal Peak Drive, Taylorsville, Utah.
