Max Brent Watson's Obituary
Our kind and loving brother, father, and grandfather Max Brent Watson returned into the loving arms of our Heavenly Father at the age of 84. He passed away peacefully in his sleep due to natural causes on February 15, 2022.
Dad was born August 12, 1937 in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Castle James Watson and Thelma Fern Anderson. He is survived by his sons Skyler Watson, Travis Watson (Adriane), and Ben Watson (Aimee) and his daughters Monica Watson and Shaundi Woolley (Spencer). He deeply loved his grandchildren and beamed with pride when talking about them. His dear grandchildren are Tristan (Ryann), Keaton, Madalyn, Austin, Makinlee, Madison, Jaron, Evelyn, Lillian, Amaya, Kelton, Scarlett, Paxton, and even a great grand-daughter Mia Rose.
Dad graduated from South High School in 1955. Following graduation he proudly served in the Air Force, faithfully served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Northern California Mission and graduated from Brigham Young University. He was a Cougar fan through and through and held season tickets to the football games for many years.
He will be remembered for his contageous laugh, fabulous dancing, generousity toward others, and for the never-ending love he has for his family and posterity.
We love you dad and will be excited to see you again as you would say “On a more glorious and exalted sphere!”
