Norma Lynn Opel's Obituary
Norma Lynn Opel, age 87, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2020. Born January 3, 1933 in Coolidge, Arizona to Harry and Icie Watson Pinkerton.
Mom was a homemaker, wife and mother. Norma authored Rain Falls On Rich and Poor Accomplished Singer. She was known as Mom not only to her 6 sons, but also to dozens of people that were no blood relation to her. She was an outstanding mother and friend. Truly a woman that followed the example of our Savior.
Norma is survived by her sons, Mike and Dan Opel, David and Dennis Johnson, Mark and Chris Opel; 30 grandchildren and 69 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, September 4, 2020 at the Pleasant View 1st Ward, 650 Stadium Ave, Provo, Utah with a viewing to begin at 9:00 am.
Private Interment to follow at Provo City Cemetery, 610 South State Street, Provo, Utah.
