Patsy Troy Russell's Obituary
Patsy Troy Russell passed away peacefully December 2, 2023, surrounded by family. She would have turned 85 on December 31st. She is survived by her son Robert Brown, 7 grandkids, 15 great grandkids, and 2 brothers. Patsy was born in Moreland, Idaho but moved to Redding, California when she was two. Years later, that is where is met and married her sweetheart Robert Russell. They were married nearly 50 years.
She was a loving mom and grandma and was loved by everyone who knew her. Her humor and big heart will be greatly missed.
