I remember me and my twin brother Dave had our 30th birthday party at the Blomquist home. Phil was grilling up burgers and hot dogs, and of course we were all playing in the pool. Sometime near the end of the night, someone dared him or had some sort of a bet with him, and he walked to the end of the diving board and jumped in the pool fully clothed! It was hilarious, and I just remember that he loved to have fun! He really cared about people and made everyone feel like they were important. He will be missed.
