Uncle Reed, I appreciate your effort made to visit me at my apartment in Edmonton my first year at college. The year that Kevin was in the provincial basketball tournament champion team. It meant so much to me. Sincere condolences to the family. Love your niece, Shelly Anderson Blackledge
The last time we went to see grandma and grandpa in Alberta, Canada before they moved down to Utah, I must have been like 10 because I don't remember things so well, especially where places were. But I remember going over this big tall bridge close to their house, and then later we drove down to the base of it and you could see it coming out of these dark morning clouds, so beautiful.
Loved playing the board game "sorry" with grandpa and grandma Dahl. When grandpa realized he was going to knock someone out, he would always make that funny chuckle and then do the move step by step, pausing to knock the piece off not too hard but hard enough to knock it off the board to the side, saying So-rry. Loved playing Sorry with grandpa and grandma.
I remember every time Grandpa Dahl would come to visit, he would always go running along the canal on the hill above our house. He was so fast, I could never keep up with him even when riding my bike. Afterwards, he'd pull out his laptop in the living room and show me family history records and play games with us grandkids. We love you and you will be missed. -Tim Atwood
