Well I just learned that you have went to heaven uncle rod and I'm so sad I didn't get to say goodbye to you and that your not here with your family any longer. I remember once when I was really little my dad and I were at grandpa tugs trailer and you bought me my hoppity horse and then you bounced all over with me on your shoulders 😊 it went flat🤣 you will be missed dearly have fun watching those races in the sky with my dad.i love you.. The kids have your ashes on a cute little pink shelf Janella made. Scottie hung your thank you for your service from the president up in his room. We miss you every day. You sure were an amazing grandpa. We'll see you on the other side!

I had the honor of being apart of this family all my teenage years, Rod was so good to me and i went on so many camping trips, family bbq's and my favorite racing at Bonneville. He was so much fun and always made everything as fun as possible, i wish I would of reconnected with all of you to catch up and share fun memories. My heart goes out to all of you and im so sorry for your loss.
